As your new towels are making their way to you, we wanted to share some washing instructions to get the most out of your new bathroom experience! Stretching the life of a towel depends entirely on the way you wash and care for it.
Casamera towels will come to life only after they've been washed. Wash in warm temperature always. For more details check out the washing instructions printed in the booklet.
To guarantee that silky-feel finish we had to polish the fibres so you might notice some leftover lint after the first wash cycle.
Put the dryer setting on medium-high on the first wash. Step out of the bath and into a cloud. We do not recommend using a fabric softener since the towels are made from a high quality fabric, they're already soft and will stay that way for a long time to come.

We are happy to announce over the coming days you will start receiving the backer survey starting today. Backerkit will email them to you so keep an eye on your inboxes! Don't forget to check your spam folder. Filling out the survey is mandatory to get your Kickstarter reward.
We are really excited to hear your responses and we know many of you can’t wait either. For anyone who is new to Kickstarter, surveys allow you to confirm your orders and colors and also provide your shipping details.
Casamera will be using Backerkit to help conduct surveys as smoothly as possible, they have just suggested making a few more changes. We hope to have all surveys out before the end of this week but we won't send them out until we are sure it will run 100% accurately for all backers.
The survey will include an option to purchase more Casamera towels and some new unique additions too! The add-on section will include many of the Early Bird offers we had at the beginning of the campaign for a limited time and exclusive to Casamera backers. Our way of saying thank you for backing our project.
As the timing is quite tight for Christmas delivery, please fill out the surveys as soon as you get them so we can lock your orders down and start shipping them right away. Ensuring delivery before Christmas day entirely depends on how quickly we receive your responses.
